Idea of Wind-Chime

Other than working on the stickers of mouse characters and the dandelion, we also decided to make wind-chime. We found that the research area was quite silent. Furthermore, if we add on some wind-chime, it can make unique sounds when the wind blows.

We decided to make wind-chime by using recycle materials.
wood stick had been chosen and we are going to paint the wood stick with white color so that people can write their wishes on the wood stick and are able to see the wishes obviously.

Besides that, recycled materials such as aluminium can has been chosen. We will paint the can with blue color to match with our theme: Dreams.
Blue color brings out the meaning of fresh and soft effects.

Little bell will hang under the wood stick to make soft sounds.

The mouse in Georgetown and the Dandelion

After the long time discussion with team members, we decided to change our wall stickers to simple and funny style. We believe that public will more easier to attract with the cute, funny and fresh stickers design.
Our concept is about Dreams. To achieve the concept of believing and fulfill public's dreams, we had create a mouse character to be our stickers' story protagonist.

 The mouse plays an important roles to be a small postman in Georgetown. His mission is sending the wishing and happiness to other. He is a happy and friendly mouse who loves to dreams and love dandelion.

Dandelion as the main idea of our project. When the wind blows, the seeds will fly with the wind's direction and the spread seeds bring out the meaning of new hopes.

Mock up Process

During visual communications class, we had showed Dr.Nurul about our process of Mock up.
After the discussion of few days, we decided to make wall sticker to redecorate the empty wall since it can make the wall looks nice and fresh.

Discussion Day II

Due to too many people in one group, we have been separated into two small groups.
One group will remain the idea of Happy bin and one group will continue the idea of Urban Gardening.
Our group's idea is Urban Gardening.

 Here's part of our Ideas and Concept to solve the problem in Georgetown City:

Recycle materials can be use to implement 3R policies.
Bottles, cans, papers, even spoiled materials like umbrella, shoes, tyres, socks can be use to planting with low budget.

Events can be hold to promote the place.
After redecoration and planting, events like Planting together with Public and Games section can be execute to impress public to come and visit the place.

After discussed with Dr Nurul, what we need to do now's make a mock-up of our idea and try to design or decorate it with some materials and methods.
